INFORMATION REGARDING THE USE OF PHOTOS AND VIDEO MATERIAL

1. General Information

Please be informed that photography and filming will take place during the event.
Audio-visual material created during the event (photos and video recordings) may be used by the organizers for communication and commercial purposes.

2. Purpose of Use

The created material may be used in:

• Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.);

• Websites;

• Promotional materials and advertising layouts;

• Print and digital advertising;

• Internal and external communication of the organizer.

The material may be used without obtaining additional individual consent from participants if the person attends a public event and has not expressed an objection.

3. What Participants Can Expect

By attending the event, you may be photographed or filmed:

• In general shots (crowds, audience, activity moments);

• During activities (sports, discussions, award ceremonies, etc.);

• In short promotional clips or event recap videos.

Photos and videos may be edited (cropped, compiled, color-adjusted, etc.), but they will not be used in any way that violates a person’s honor or dignity.

4. Right to Object

If you do not wish your image to be used:

• Please inform the responsible event staff before or during the event;

• You may contact the person indicated at the registration desk;

• You may also send an email to: labas@ikurejas.lt.

The organizers will take reasonable steps to ensure that your image is not used in public communication.

5. Data Protection

Personal data (including image/likeness) will be processed in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
